Day 01 Fly UK to Calicut
Day 02 Arrive Calicut and Drive to Neeleshwar.
Early morning arrive Calicut, to be greeted and assisted at the airport and drive straight to Neeleshwar Hermitage. On arrival be welcomed and shown to your beach villa, where you can begin to enjoy this eco friendly ayurveda beach spa resort, with the rest of the day free to relax and recover from your journey, until you are served your dinner.
Day 03 Neeleshwar
In the morning, we recommend you take your ayurveda massage, or, spa treatment. Rest of the day free to relax, walk on the beach, enjoy the swimming pool, etc., until dinner.
Day 04 Neeleshwar
Take another ayurveda massage, or, spa treatment this morning. Reminder of the day free to relax at the resort or on the virtually deserted beach and take a head or foot massage maybe? Optional half day walks to fishermans village, turtle hatchery farm and goddess Temple. Return to the hotel in time for dinner.
Day 05 Neeleshwar
Morning ayurveda massage/spa treatment. Rest of the day free to roam or relax, as you prefer. Optional half day tours, which you can take after lunch, including possibly, a visit to Nityanand ashram and holy caves, or, visit Bekal Fort, built in the 17th century and the largest fort in Kerala. Located on a hill top, it offers a scenic view of the picturesque countryside and a superb view of the Arabian Sea. Return to Neeleshwar Hermitage resort in time for dinner.
Day 06 Neeleshwar to Calicut
After breakfast drive to Calicut and check in to Harivihar Home stay. Day 07 Calicut to UK
Early morning transfer to Calicut International Airport to board your return flight to the UK

Travel balm massage (Swastha)   Duration: 100 minutes
Realign body, mind and spirit after your journey. A massage using warm oil relieves fatigue, aches and pains accumulated on the journey and returns the mind and emotions to equilibrium. Medicated oil is then rhythmically applied all over the body by two therapists in a gentle, synchronized massage.

Blissful ease massage (Sharirananda)   Duration: 65 minutes
This is a treatment reserved for royalty in ancient times. Medicated oil is rhythmically applied all over the body by two therapists in a gentle synchronized massage. Then warm oil (or butter-milk/herbal extract) is poured continuously over the forehead, accompanied by a gentle scalp massage. Combats arthritis, rheumatism and nervous disorders, leaving you feeling full of energy and looking younger.

Aloe Vera Facial Duration: 75 minutes
Herbal foot bath   Duration: 30 minutes
